How can I make a AA battery shock me on touch? i am currently doing a science project for school, and i need to find out how to make somthing that can shock on touch. I know about the shocking pens, but for those you must compleate a circut touching two diffrent metal parts to get the shock. If anyone could help it would be much appriciated. i just tried the water on the tip of the finger and it didnt work. okey, im looking for somthing that would shock normal skin, like the hands when they are not chapped or cut. somthing like putting a fork in a outlet, so it would shock you even if you hardly touch it, but it needs not to be fatal, or dangerous, my classmates will be getting shocked If you connect the battery to a coil with high impedance, you can actually feel the voltage when you suddenly break the circuit.

How to Properly Select and Use a Shock Collar

Every dog owner wants his dog to behave. And, every dog owner would like his dog to do so with minimal work from the dog owner.
